Bridging the Gap 2010 Achievement Awards

  • Expected Attendance - 250

Platinum Sponsorship - $8,000 (Two Available)
Sponsorship at this level entitles sponsoring company to the following:

  • Company name or logo prominently placed on all event promotional materials, media releases, e-mail promotion, GBC Web site and event invitation (if sponsorship is received by printing deadline).
  • Full-page advertisement in the "Bridging the Gap" special edition publication distributed to over 50,000 readers of The Daily Record and The Baltimore Times newspapers. (The Baltimore Times has one of the largest circulations for an African American newspaper on the eastern seaboard. The Baltimore Times readers are cultivated African American consumers who have tremendous buying power.)
  • Specs for the full-page advertisement are (7.5 x 10). Diane Hughes, Director of Online and Web Communications, is the contact person regarding the ad. The advertisement must be in a pdf format and the ad must be received by deadline.
  • Company will be given a special tribute during the program and will be presented with a symbolic award as our Premier Sponsor.
  • Company recognition at the event through public announcement of sponsorship and signage promoting sponsorship.
  • Audiovisual screen company recognition. •Prominent company recognition in article in the GBC's e-newsletter "The Leader".
  • Full-page company advertisement in the event program.
  • Two 8-foot tables to exhibit company materials or promotional items.
  • 10 individual tickets (VIP seating).
  • List of names and addresses of all attendees at the event for follow up marketing purposes.
  • Company name or company logo on all print ads.
  • Company web site link to the GBC Web site for one year.
  • Company advertisement in quarterly Bridging the Gap e-newsletter.

Gold Sponsorship - $5,000
Sponsorship at this level entitles sponsoring company to the following:

  • Company name or logo prominently displayed on all event promotional materials, media releases, and event program.
  • Company recognition at the event through signage promoting sponsorship.
  • Half-page (7.5 x 5) company advertisement in the Bridging the Gap" special edition publication distributed to over 50,000 readers of the The Daily Record and the Baltimore Times newspapers. (The Baltimore Times has one of the largest circulations for an African American newspaper on the eastern seaboard. The Baltimore Times readers are cultivated African American consumers who have tremendous buying power.)
  • 10 individual tickets to the event.
  • Company Web site link to the GBC Web site for three months.

Bronze Sponsorship - $2,500
Sponsorship at this level entitles sponsoring company to the following:

  • Company name or logo displayed in event program.
  • Quarter-page (3.75 x 5) advertisement in the Bridging the Gap" special edition publication distributed to over 50,000 readers of the The Daily Record and The Baltimore Times newspapers. (The Baltimore Times has one of the largest circulations for an African American newspaper on the eastern seaboard. The Baltimore Times readers are cultivated African American consumers who have tremendous buying power.)
  • 5 tickets to the event.
